Description
Amazon is hiring a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead engineering matters and the maintenance team at a Fulfillment Center. The role owns safety and statutory compliance, equipment availability, recruitment support, standards implementation, and network improvement initiatives, with 15% travel. Candidates need team-management or operational experience, program or project management experience, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, electrical and mechanical expertise, English and local-language communication at CEFR B2 or higher, and experience with automated packaging, sortation, and conveyor systems. The position is based in Italy at Castegnato, Milano, Padova, or Vicenza, with a minimum gross base salary of 58,300 EUR annually.
