The fully on-site role leads plant and reliability engineers to develop and implement reliability and asset management strategies, drive continuous improvement, and improve equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5–10 years of manufacturing maintenance/reliability experience, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. The role offers a pay range of $123,500 to $205,900 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and leave benefits.
