Description
INVISTA is hiring a Reliability Manager for its Seaford, Delaware site. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role leads a team of Reliability Engineers and owns the site's Asset Reliability Strategy and Mechanical Integrity Programs. Responsibilities include developing reliability systems and processes, applying reliability engineering methods such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, condition monitoring, and predictive analytics, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and site leadership, coaching reliability talent, and driving reduced unplanned downtime and improved asset performance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of experience in asset reliability, maintenance, or related manufacturing leadership in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
