Description
The Reliability Technician performs data acquisition and interpretation for compressor, turbine, pump, and other process equipment at gas cryogenic treating and natural gas transmission or compression pipeline facilities. Responsibilities include quarterly vibration routes, machinery performance analysis, equipment start-up and troubleshooting support, root-cause failure analysis, predictive maintenance reporting, and assistance with field maintenance and operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical process and prime-moving machinery knowledge, portable SKF vibration data collector experience, basic math and computer skills, physical ability to work in industrial and outdoor conditions, and the ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
