Georgia-Pacific is hiring an experienced Reliability Technician for its Gypsum facility in Sweetwater, Texas. The role supports the safety, reliability, maintenance, and performance of production assets through vibration analysis, troubleshooting, equipment commissioning, reliability improvement planning, and corrective-action investigations. The position pays $36 per hour or more depending on experience, includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with overtime as needed. Candidates need vibration-monitoring and calibration experience, precision alignment-tool experience, and preferably computerized maintenance-management-system, Microsoft Office, engineering or maintenance education, vibration-analysis certification, and prior gypsum manufacturing experience.
