Description
Mars Wrigley Plymouth is hiring a Reliability Technician to manage day-to-day electrical issues across the factory, support FMOS processes, and improve plant electrical systems, equipment reliability, availability, and safety. The role involves root cause analysis, planned maintenance optimization, equipment and process specifications, documentation, and coordination with production, maintenance, engineering, and external partners. It requires advanced electrical systems experience, PLC programming and fault-finding, AutoCAD knowledge, and project-management skills; robotic experience is beneficial. The position follows a 40-hour Monday-to-Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift and offers £45,200–£50,900 dependent on experience, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus and other benefits.
