Mars Petcare is hiring a Reliability Technician for its North Kansas City, Missouri facility on a night shift. The role provides hands-on technical support and leadership on the production floor, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems; performing documented preventative maintenance; conducting breakdown analysis and root-cause problem-solving; mentoring technicians; and supporting plant safety and GMP requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, maintenance or technical education, knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work rotating shifts and perform physically demanding work.
