Description
The Reliability Engineer will lead a Reliability (REL) monitoring team in a semiconductor Reliability lab. Responsibilities include understanding the reliability process flow, evaluating hold lots or line issues and qualification lots, loading and unloading REL machines, performing assigned work, training colleagues, preparing reports and loading plans, and communicating with internal customers. The role requires a science, engineering, or related-field background, at least three years of experience in a similar Reliability lab environment, basic semiconductor assembly and test knowledge, familiarity with REL machines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
