SK Hynix Memory Solutions is hiring a Reliability Test Engineer for its San Jose design center focused on enterprise datacenter SSD development. The role involves designing, developing, and automating test plans and scripts; executing functional, endurance, and stress tests; collaborating with NAND, firmware, SoC, and other validation teams; analyzing defects in JIRA; and leading root-cause analysis of complex system-level failures. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of QA testing and test automation experience, and proficiency in Python, Java, and C/C++.
