Mint People is recruiting Chefs de Partie, Sous Chefs, and Head Chefs for busy restaurants and hospitality venues around Loch Lomond, Scotland. These are temporary summer-season contracts with immediate starts, straight shifts, competitive weekly hours, and live-in accommodation. The role involves working in a professional kitchen under pressure, maintaining food standards, and serving holidaymakers and tourists. Previous professional kitchen experience, an immediate start, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a busy seasonal environment are required; the hourly rate is £17 or more, subject to experience and age.
