Ingenia is hiring a Relief Cook / Community Manager primarily based at Ingenia Goulburn Gardens, with broader support across Bathurst, Wagga, and the Goulburn region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role combines hands-on meal preparation and food safety with resident support, site inspections, emergency response, team leadership, community events, and WHS compliance. Candidates should have commercial cooking or chef experience, ideally in aged care, hospitality, or community settings, along with relevant certifications, a current driver's licence, and the ability to work in Australia.
