Description
The Relief Customer Service Sales Agent provides in-person and telephone customer service for Ontario Northland bus and train services, sells tickets, answers inquiries, handles parcels and baggage, reconciles sales, and follows up on complaints. The role covers scheduled shifts during vacations, sick leave, and peak periods across six stations, primarily at Timmins, Cochrane, and Kirkland Lake, with 8-hour shifts and frequent travel of more than 24 hours. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class G driver’s licence, customer service and computer skills, cash-handling and reconciliation experience, and flexibility to work variable schedules.
