Description
Humane Colorado is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician to work at its Veterinary Hospital at CSU Spur in Denver. The role partners with veterinarians to perform surgery, dentistry, anesthesia monitoring, diagnostics, medical treatments, patient care, laboratory and radiographic procedures, and customer service. The technician will also support animal welfare education, maintain records and inventory, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position requires an associate degree in veterinary technology or equivalent experience, a veterinary technician internship or comparable experience, and current or obtainable Colorado veterinary technician registration. Compensation is $28.47-$30.38 per hour, with a base range of $25.47-$27.38 plus a $3 per hour Registered Veterinary Technician differential.
