Description
Lesaffre is hiring a Relief Supervisor to cover Production Supervisors in their absence and support the Production Manager and Superintendents in overseeing plant production. The role supervises Process and Drying Operators, maintains inventory and records, supports troubleshooting and standard operating procedures, assists with SAP activities, and helps manage training, schedules, and employee reviews. It is based on a day shift with rotational 12-hour coverage from 5 AM to 5 PM or 5 PM to 5 AM, and requires a degree in a relevant field or 2–3 years of food-processing supervisory experience, forklift certification, and knowledge of safety, chemistry, microbiology, and production sanitation.
