Depaul is hiring a Relief Worker for its Housing First - Meath project to provide night-shift support to residents receiving supported accommodation, food, and shelter. The role covers practical service needs, safety, shift handovers, recordkeeping, policy compliance, and responding to service-user needs, with flexibility to cover other staff roles. Applicants need at least one year of experience in homelessness or a related field, a relevant social-care qualification at Level 5 or above, OTIS and PASS competency, knowledge of the Housing First model, case management, risk management, harm reduction, and IT skills.
