Marienhospital Aachen GmbH is hiring a Relieved Practical Instructor to support the onboarding of new employees, starting at the earliest possible date. The role may be full-time or part-time with a minimum of 80% participation and flexible working hours. Responsibilities include organizing and accompanying the onboarding process, supporting new staff in the work area, identifying support needs, conducting initial, interim, and final interviews, coordinating with internal instructors and managers, and creating and supporting learning materials and continuing education. Candidates should have completed nursing or health-care training, several years of hospital experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a structured, reliable approach.
