Responsible for developing, updating, and delivering formal training to RSAF Cadets in Religious Studies and cultural affairs. The instructor will manage classroom behavior, control pacing of training materials, plan and organize lesson delivery, and maintain accurate records of cadet attendance. Additionally, instructors are required to complete weekly reports on cadet performance and produce end-of-book/end-of-phase reports.
