Bloomwell ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at all experience levels for short-term 18-month relocation fellowships and permanent placements in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota; Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina; and Omaha and Elkhorn, Nebraska. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs and other support staff, analyzing patient data, and collaborating with caregivers. Requirements include a master's degree, BACB-approved ABA coursework, BCBA certification or certification within three months, a required state license, and experience working with children with autism and related disorders. Compensation is $90,000–$125,000 plus bonuses, with relocation support, clinical development, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
