Aleto Inc. is hiring a full-time, on-site Relocation Project Coordinator in Arlington/Northern Virginia to lead federal workplace relocation, interior build-out, furniture, FF&E, and move-management projects for a government client. The role covers project planning, scheduling, budgeting, scopes of work, construction coordination, documentation, site inspections, vendor and contractor management, relocations of up to 1,000 people, compliance, reporting, and client communication. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of related project-management experience, strong AutoCAD/Revit and project-management software skills, and the ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust HSPD-12 credential; additional qualifications call for 7+ years in government relocation services and federal procurement.
