Description
The Remanufacturing Service Technician will disassemble, assemble, clean, requalify, and rework locomotive traction motor combo components using manual and automated equipment, then inspect, repair, and test the components. The role supports manufacturing and remanufacturing operations, follows EHS and quality procedures, operates forklifts and overhead cranes, maintains defect rates, and contributes to process improvement and team objectives. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related manufacturing experience are required; the 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a base rate of $23.50 per hour plus a $1 per hour second-shift differential.
