First Circle, a fast-growing fintech company focused on financial services for under-served SMEs, is hiring a Remedial Officer to manage delinquent accounts through legal recovery processes. The role involves case filing, drafting legal documents, representing the company in court, monitoring litigation timelines, negotiating settlements, and preparing compliance and hearing reports. The position requires strong organization, written communication, confidentiality, and preferably 2-5 years of experience in remedial support, administrative work, or related functions. Compensation is PHP 25,000-28,000 gross monthly plus commissions, with HMO, insurance, and other allowances.
