Dexterra Group is hiring a Site Manager to lead the overall operations, direction, and success of a workforce accommodations construction operation at a facility expected to launch with approximately 500 rooms and scale to more than 4,000 rooms. The role provides strategic leadership and hands-on project management across facilities maintenance and other service lines, with responsibility for client and guest satisfaction, staffing, financial oversight, budgeting, revenue forecasting, safety, and the client relationship. The position requires senior operational leadership experience, preferably in large-scale hospitality or workforce accommodations, post-secondary education in a relevant discipline, strong financial and hospitality systems skills, and drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work testing as a condition of employment.
