ARS is hiring a full-time remote Debt Collection Agent for the Jacksonville area, with paid training beginning 9/23/2026. The role involves making and receiving phone calls, assessing customers’ ability to afford repayment, explaining options, documenting conversations, following consumer-protection rules, and working on camera. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM, plus one evening shift per week, with weekends and paid holidays off. Compensation starts at $16–$18 per hour plus a $0.50 raise after training, with historical averages of $3,500+ per month in the first six months and $4,000+ per month at one year.
