Description
IC System is hiring a full-time Third-Party Collector to manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts, secure payment resolutions, navigate challenging conversations, and maintain compliance with collection regulations. The role is fully remote, requires at least two years of third-party collections experience, and offers $17–$19 per hour plus performance-based commission. After training, the schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CT, with no evenings or weekends required.
