Description
ADT is hiring a First-Party Collections Specialist to resolve inbound and outbound calls, handle billing inquiries, negotiate and obtain payments, explain charges, and meet collection goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of first-party collections experience, customer-service experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the Wichita, Kansas training site, complete onsite training, and then work remotely. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST, with a starting hourly rate of $17.00 and a potential increase to $20.00 after 180 days.
