The Freelance Firm is seeking a Florida Labor and Employment Attorney for project-based legal research, writing, and drafting work involving Florida state and federal court matters. Responsibilities include drafting complaints, pleadings, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, affirmative motions, ADA and disability discrimination materials, and other litigation documents. The attorney must be licensed in Florida, have at least five years of labor and employment law experience, and be able to manage discrete projects independently.
