Description
The Freelance Firm is interviewing qualified, experienced Personal Injury Attorneys for remote, on-demand legal work. The role handles plaintiff or defense personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, reviewing case materials, negotiating settlements, and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings. Applicants must be licensed in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction, have at least five years of personal injury litigation experience, and be comfortable with occasional in-person proceedings. The position requires approximately 10 or more hours per week and pays $80 per hour.
