Description
The Freelance Firm is interviewing for a Southern California Litigation Paralegal focused on trial preparation in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. The role supports attorneys through litigation from case inception through trial, including trial binders, exhibits, witness files, pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, medical records, depositions, mediations, expert witnesses, and trial logistics. It requires at least five years of litigation paralegal experience, California litigation experience, and prior personal injury or medical malpractice experience. The position is remote, requires approximately 10 or more hours per week, and pays $30 per hour.
