Description
Hamburger Energienetze is hiring a remote-control and control-engineering technician to configure, commission, test, and troubleshoot remote-control devices for local grid substations and EEG gateways. The role also develops IEC 61850 control concepts, supports lab and on-site trials, provides technical guidance to trainees, and requires on-call availability. Applicants need an electrical, energy, or automation apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, strong network and communications knowledge, experience with IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 61850, and a class B driver’s license. The position is available full-time or part-time in Hamburg.
