Description
Ignitis Renewables is hiring a Remote Control Center Operator to monitor, operate, and optimize renewable energy plants in real time. The role involves responding to alarms and incidents, coordinating shutdowns and startups, analyzing technical events, collaborating with maintenance, engineering, IT/OT, commercial, and grid teams, and maintaining accurate operational records under a rotating shift schedule. Candidates need a technical, engineering, energy, or related degree or equivalent practical experience, knowledge of electrical power systems and renewable energy operations, strong monitoring and analysis skills, Lithuanian and English proficiency, and the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. The position pays EUR 13.73–20.56 per hour before taxes.
