Heirloom Vacations is hiring a fully remote Customer Service Representative (Subcontractor) for its Vacation's Department, with work performed from Mexico. The role provides guest support through calls, emails, and messaging; manages reservations, reviews, payments, escalations, and administrative tasks. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, fluent English, strong communication and computer skills, a secure high-speed internet connection, and the ability to work rotating Central Standard Time shifts.
