AO is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives – Benefits Advisors to provide virtual consultations, answer questions about supplemental life, accident, and health benefits, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment and updates, and build long-term client relationships. The role is 100% remote for United States residents, offers flexible scheduling and training, and is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation. No prior insurance experience is required, but candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework and examinations.
