The Benefits Advisor meets with union, credit union, and association members virtually to discuss supplemental benefits, present available programs, recommend tailored solutions, complete applications, and provide ongoing support. The role requires communication, organization, self-motivation, computer proficiency, and U.S. or Canadian work authorization; no prior experience is needed because training and mentorship are provided.
