Description
The Remote Factory Commodity Manager will lead and manage the Remote Factory commodity and its Supplier Business Managers and Strategic Commodity Managers, overseeing supplier performance, capacity planning, order execution, shortages, risk mitigation, supplier contracts, and continuous improvement. The role supports high-volume manufacturing operations, aligns MRP and production planning across factories, escalates supply issues, and partners with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of relevant supply chain or commodity management experience, 3+ years of people management experience, and familiarity with Remote Factories and contract manufacturing. The position is based in Villach, Austria, with a flexitime schedule and 25% travel.
