Planhof Genehmigungsmanagement GmbH is hiring a remote Founding Engineer / Lead Software Engineer to build PLIQ, a B2B approval-management application from scratch. The role owns the architecture, data model, codebase, security, testing, development processes, and system operation, while also shaping AI-assisted development practices. The engineer will later help select and lead additional engineering positions. The position requires at least six years of software development experience, including operational responsibility for a productive B2B system, multi-tenant and authorization experience, full-stack JavaScript expertise, data protection and information security knowledge, and German proficiency at C1 level. The salary is EUR 90,000–105,000 per year, with permanent employment, remote work, and in-person meetings in Hamburg.
