ForgeFit is hiring a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative to work from a U.S.-based home office. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, conducting virtual consultations, educating fitness facility decision-makers about equipment, managing CRM pipelines, nurturing relationships, closing deals, and meeting monthly sales targets. Candidates should have at least one year of inside sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comfort with virtual sales; fitness or gym-equipment knowledge is a plus.
