ForgeFit is hiring a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative to generate and close B2B fitness-equipment sales. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, reaching out to warm leads, conducting virtual consultations, educating prospects, managing CRM pipelines, nurturing relationships, collaborating with fulfillment and support teams, and meeting monthly sales goals. Candidates should have at least one year of inside sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comfort with virtual outreach and closing; fitness or gym-equipment knowledge is a plus.
