Mpathic is hiring a Membership Development Representative to acquire new members for a national Catholic health sharing ministry. The role is 100% remote, involves CRM and contact-center communication, sales-cycle progression, application guidance, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and onboarding teams. Candidates need strong communication, empathy, sales or customer-service experience, CRM and Office 365 experience, and eligibility to work in the United States. Shifts are Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM by time zone, with starting pay of $20 per hour and $21 per hour after a one-month evaluation period.
