Bupa is hiring a fully remote Mental Wellbeing Practitioner for permanent full- or part-time work in the United Kingdom, with a minimum of 3 days per week and rota hours between 8am and 10pm including weekends. The role conducts telephone or video mental health assessments, makes evidence-based treatment recommendations, and works under clinical supervision while liaising with internal and external services. Candidates need an MSc in Psychology with at least six months of mental health clinical experience, or an undergraduate Psychology degree with at least one year of such experience; assessment experience is desirable.
