Augury is hiring a Remote Operations Engineer to provide human oversight and domain expertise for AI agents supporting industrial manufacturing operations. The role monitors production performance and process conditions, reviews AI-generated alarms and deviations, coordinates with on-site personnel, maintains operational documentation, and escalates complex process issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in process, chemical, manufacturing, or a related technical field, 4–8 years of industrial process experience, and hands-on experience with DCS, SCADA, historians, and industrial automation. The position is remote and requires strong English communication skills.
