Pearl Talent is hiring an Operations Project Associate for a rapidly scaling telehealth mental health practice. The role is fully remote for candidates in Latin America and the Philippines, with a flexible US-timezone schedule and overlap with US business hours. Responsibilities include optimizing patient intake and care-quality workflows, managing clinician credentialing and payer enrollment, building compliance and quality-assurance systems, and automating operational processes. Candidates need 5–8 years of healthcare operations experience, including at least 3 years with U.S.-based credentialing, payer-enrollment, and insurance-verification systems, along with hands-on experience with major payer systems and regulated healthcare dashboards.
