NTT DATA is hiring a full-time, remote Pharmacy Technician I – Prior Authorization to support members, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other callers through the prior authorization process. The role handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, documents authorization reviews, processes requests through fax and electronic systems, escalates clinical questions to pharmacists, and communicates authorization status. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of high-volume call-center customer service experience, Microsoft Outlook and Teams proficiency, and the ability to work assigned shifts, including potential weekend work. The starting hourly compensation is $20–$20, with possible incentive compensation and benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
