Description
PenBay is hiring a full-time Remote Pilot Operator to simulate pilot actions and air traffic control communications during medium- and high-fidelity training exercises. The role uses CRT, keyboard, and voice communication systems to receive student commands, enter automated-system entries, translate information into ATC terminology, and respond using proper phraseology. No aviation experience is required, but candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of comparable experience, strong keyboard speed and accuracy, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to pass FAA security screening and complete required laboratory certification.
