Description
The Principal Agentic Software Engineer will set technical direction across multiple products and platforms, personally build shared AI infrastructure and primitives, and direct AI coding agents through complex, multi-step work. The role owns MCP integrations, AI evaluation and guardrails, responsible-AI processes, modernization of legacy systems, security and compliance patterns, and the prioritization and quality standards that enable dependent teams. It requires extensive full-stack development and architecture experience, technical leadership, advanced AI-agent and cloud-native systems expertise, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
