Description
The employer is hiring a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support U.S.-based MEP construction and VDC projects from coordination through fabrication and installation. The role coordinates schedules, deliverables, BIM models, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, clashes, and project status; supports plumbing, piping, HVAC, and other MEP workflows; identifies constructability issues; and communicates with clients, contractors, subcontractors, BIM teams, fabricators, and field personnel. The position requires at least four years of construction project coordination or project management experience, U.S. construction experience, Revit proficiency, and strong MEP, BIM, fabrication, and field-execution knowledge. It offers flexible schedules and work-from-anywhere arrangements.
