AccountingDepartment.com is hiring a Proposal Architect to bridge revenue generation and implementation by reviewing prospective clients’ QuickBooks files and financial reports, participating in file-review calls, preparing proposals and time estimates, reviewing and amending contracts, and supporting onboarding and offboarding. The role may be performed entirely in proposal development or split with client accounting work, requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, and is a remote W-2 position with medical, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance.
