QuickTeam is hiring Remote Closers to join its sales team and close pre-booked, qualified appointments for managed staffing solutions. The role involves conducting Zoom or phone meetings, presenting client needs and solutions, guiding clients through onboarding and payment, communicating feedback, and maintaining CRM records. It is a 100% commission-only contractor role with no base salary, paying $500 total commission per full-time Virtual Assistant hire, and requires closers to be available during U.S. business hours. The position is remote and requires prior closer or account executive experience, strong communication and consultative selling skills, remote independence, integrity, and a reliable internet connection and professional setup.
