The role involves assessing client needs, recommending appropriate policies, explaining coverage features and pricing, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building long-term relationships. Candidates need an active health or life insurance license or willingness to obtain one, strong communication skills, self-motivation, remote-work independence, basic computer proficiency, and CRM ability; prior insurance sales experience is preferred.
