Description
The Remote Senior Estimator will analyze bid documents, blueprints, job specifications, and other project materials for complex low-voltage commercial construction projects, including data centers. The role develops scopes of work, cost estimates, bid packages, project timelines, and change-order documentation; coordinates with sales, project management, field operations, manufacturers, and leadership; reviews and mentors junior estimating and project-management staff; and supports the SW region with approximately 20% travel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of lead-field experience, 15+ years of project-management or estimating experience, strong data-center and BICSI knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
