Convoso is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to architect and build a high-volume, real-time communication platform in Go. The role focuses on distributed backend microservices, real-time telephony and media pipelines, event streaming, large-scale databases, cloud operations, and ultra-low-latency performance. Candidates should have experience with Go, SIP/WebRTC, NATS or Kafka, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse, with communication-platform or CPaaS backgrounds preferred. The position offers hybrid or remote U.S. work, with a base salary of $190,000–$210,000 and equity.
